Headache 1: Where Do I Begin?

Generally, most people don't have a clue about making money online. There's no way a newbie can compete with professional search-engine optimizers for high traffic keywords such as "dating" and "insurance"... so beginners are told to find niches where they'll be able to get traffic. But which niche should you choose? A profitable one, I hope! And how do you know which niches are profitable? Good question. You have to do a ton of research. How do you do the research? Arrgh!

Solution 1: We've researched a profitable niche. We've done the donkey work... found the right keywords and key phrases.

Headache 2: How Do I Build A Site?

Oh boy. Where do you begin to build a site? Do you learn HTML? Do you learn Dreamweaver, Frontpage or some other software to "help" you build webpages? How do you get the site online? Do you FTP it? Wait. Don't I need a domain name? Where do I get one? What should it be? What's an IP address? AArgh!

Headache 3: What Do I Sell To Make Money?

OK, so you need a way for your website to make money. Most people would tell you to create a product and sell it... but that's a huge headache on its own. You're told to create info-products to sell to niches. Well, first, creating an info-product is a ton of work... will it be an ebook, a PDF file, software, an online members site. How will you take payments for it? Will you have an affiliate program? Who will run that? AArgh!

Solution 3: We've researched profitable products to sell AND made sure there are AT LEAST three different revenue streams for that niche.

Headache 4: Building Lists!

Once you've been online for a while, you start to realize that people make money from lists... names and email addresses of people who request more information when visiting their websites. So how do you go about building those all-important lists?

Solution 4: We've built sign-up forms into the website so that people can sign up at your site and you can start building your lists immediately!

Let's take a conservative estimate and say you only get 20 visitors per site per day (80 per day in total).

... that's 80 visitors per day x 365 days = 29,200 visitors per year in total.

If you only make one sale per 100 visitors, that's 292 sales per year... and at an average of $10 per sale, that's $2920 per year in sales revenue.
